Sweetened Condensed Milk Cake For-1 Bundt Cake 2 cans sweetened condensed milk 8 Eggs, room temp 2 c Flour 1 tsp Baking powder 4 oz unsalted butter, melted 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 c powdered sugar 2 tsp lemon zest Butter & flour cake pan.With mixer, beat eggs.Pour in milk & beat till pale yellow & smooth.Blend in melted butter & salt.Sift together flour & baking powder.On low add to batter (slowly) until just mixed.Pour into pan.Bake @350-60-75 mins.Dust with powdered sugar & lemon zest.

Unopened can of condensed milk + 8 hours on low (completely submerged in water) in the crock pot + cool down in the fridge = Caramel! This is the best cararmel I've ever had, let alone made! It's so easy! Need to try this!
