Baked eggs - i still dont know what happens to eggs when they are baked in the oven, but they take on a whole new dimension of flavor and yumminess...without the mess or fat to fry or scramble. i love baking eggs for any meal. cant believe i have gone this long in life without discovering how amazing baking an egg tastes!
