This is actually from an issue of Paper Crafts magazine awhile ago...I usually don't add the toffee chips and add a touch more vanilla...if I make caramel cream cheese frosting I usually just add some softened butter and extra powdered sugar to this to make a batch.
Caramel Cheesecake Apple Dip (Printable Recipe) Ingredients: 12 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 3 Tbs. heavy cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Caramel sauce (recipe below) or store bought Heath milk chocolate pieces mini chocolate chips 2-4 Granny Smith or other crisp tart apples, sliced and soaking in lemon juice/water until ready to serve
Chilis Skillet Queso Dip Copycat: Cube 1 lb. of Velvetta in skillet and add 1 (15 ounce) can Hormel No Beans Chili, 1 c. milk, 2 t. chili powder, 2 t. paprika, 1 Tbs. lime juice, 1/2 t. ground cayenne pepper, 1/2 t. ground cumin. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until cheese is melted. Reduce to low and allow to simmer for best flavor.
