Crock-Pot Hawaiian BBQ Chicken - I used crushed pineapple, which blended into the sauce well. I put in 6 chicken breasts & had an excess of sauce, so will do 8 next time. Also will shred the chicken before serving it over rice. Tasty & very easy.

When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, here's a nice treat. No flour OR sugar! 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins (optional), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Crockpot Lemon Chicken: Put 1 Stick of butter in bottom of crock pot, lay chicken in pot, sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, pop the lid on. Cook on High 4-5 hours or Low 6-8 hours.
