    Chilled Peach & Chocolate Cobbler 8 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted & slice 1/4 cup white sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons cornstarch combine peaches, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, lemon juice, & cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly, & pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes & cool.
