If I gave up when something sounded scary I would still be the person sitting on the sidelines watching my girl at her dance/gymnastics/cheer/baseball... I don't want to be on the sidelines, so instead I'm a white belt, 11 pounds lighter and working towards the best shape of my life (NOT skinny but HEALTHY)
remember this every time you look at yourself in the mirror, work out at the gym, read fashion and/or health magazines, watch T.V; basically, remember this always. Its about being healthy and happy with YOURSELF and not wishing you were someone else. Be confident, know you are doing YOUR best, and love yourself. THAT is beautiful
