Easy Snickerdoodles Cookies ~ 18 1/4 oz White Cake Mix, 1/2 c Butter melted, 1 Egg, 2 T Sugar, 1 tsp Cinnamon. Oven 350 (325 dark or non-stick). Mix cake mix, butter & egg till dough forms. Shape into 1" balls (rounded teaspoonful), roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mix. Place 2" apart on ungreased sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or till set. Remove & cool on wire rack.
