Zucchini Chips :) : Heat Oven to 140°C. Wash Zucchini and dry it. Cut in thin slices (ca. 4 mm). Salt them. Put on baking paper on a baking plate. Let them in the oven for at least 1 hour until they are gold-brown. Serve.
Zucchini cooked with garlic in olive oil, mixed with spaghetti squash, topped with melted, freshly grated, Parmesan cheese AND then sprinkled with toasted pine nuts. Delicious, healthy, gluten free, vegetarian!
