Why this idea rocks: The thing I hate about chocolate covered strawberries is that they are too big to eat in one bite, and they leave you with awkward stems. Raspberries solve both of these grievances- they are bite sized, and stemless.
Strawberry Shortcake on a Stick. Freeze angel food cake (makes it easier to cut.) Cut in cubes, and alternate it and strawberries on skewers. Serve with whipped cream and/or chocolate sauce. Add blueberries for a of July dessert.
