    Jalapeno Popper Dip 6-8 slices of crispy bacon, diced 2 8-oz packs cream cheese, soft 1 cup mayo 4-6 jalapeno's, chopped and deseeded 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 cup diced green onion Topping 1 cup of crushed crackers (Ritz) 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 stick of butter, melted Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Stir well.Transfer to an oven proof dish.

Jalapeño Popper Dip ~ everyone will ask for your recipe!

Jalapeño Popper Dip. Cheryl's recipe is different. 2 8-ounce pkgs cream cheese, softened 1 cup light mayonnaise ½ of a 4-ounce can diced jalapeno peppers 1 4-ounce can dice green chiles 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayo; stir until smooth. Stir in undrained chiles and jalapenos. Transfer to a baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 4 cups.

Jalapeno Popper Chicken. This chicken combines the great things about poppers and puts them into a much lighter and less guilty chicken dish. Chicken breasts are stuffed with a cheesy jalapeño mixture and then rolled in crispy panko and baked, not fried!

Jalapeno popper dip-- This is SO good! Always a hit at any party. (Easy to make low-carb by leaving off the panko topping.) Typically eaten with tortilla chips, it is also good as a veggie dip, steak or burger topping, etc. It would make a delicious omelet filling, too.

Jalapeno Popper Pulls Mix cream cheese, bacon, and jalapenos and spread between partially sliced loaf of sourdough. Top with shredded monterey jack and extra toppings (and maybe drizzle a little butter!) Bake in foil for 15 minutes
