Brussels Sprouts Bacon This is AWESOME! Brown chopped bacon, remove to drain, cook split Brussels in bacon grease. Sauce: 2 T grainy mustard, 1 tsp cider vinegar, 2 T honey. Shred Parmesan over the top.
Oven-Fried Green Tomatoes, LOVE fried green tomatoes!!- dredged in cornstarch, egg, and panko- panko was too coarse and made it overly crunchy so half inch slices are needed. It tasted great with ketchup too!
Cilantro-Lime Rice - Martha Stewart Recipes. Two of my favorite things. Made March 2013 - of course I didn't bother with measurements, it ended up having a strong garlic flavor. J loved it, M not so much. I'd eat it again but would not use a whole clove.
