100 Calorie 2 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake. Also note this idea from a commenter: Just a tip…if you take one tablespoon of angel food cake power and two tablespoons of any other flavor cake with like three tablespoons water and cook in the microwave for about a minute and half..super low in calories and a GREAT treat. Just don’t use the plain angel food cake…yuck.
