Found this condensed milk substitute - for if you run out and are in the middle of nowhere or need dairy free. I'll just replace the flour with cornflour/starch for gluten free. Excited for all the baking/ice cream making the whole family can have thanks to this :)
Sago coconut milk cake - 200 ml of coocnut milk, 20 grams of pearl sago, 2 gelatine sheets, 35 grams of sugar! make the sago first then the sugar, coconut milk and gelatine and pour on top.
