Cowboy Casserole adapted from a recipe at Taste of Home 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 can (15.25oz) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup milk 4 tablespoons sour cream 1 bag (30 oz) frozen tater tots (used Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns)
Tater Tot Casserole, just in time for fall! This easy casserole dish has always been a favorite of ours and one that the kids love too! It's also a Gluten Free dish!
Tater Tots...homemade. Only tried this once since I just discovered this only a few days ago...quite a bit of work but I had lots of Taters that needed to used up. Recipe and pictures were truly helpful and yes, they were very good, even as a topping for a Shepard's Pie I made for supper w/friends. Not exactly slow food but one needs time to do this and it is worth it.
Taco Tater Tot Casserole~ I added other ingredients. Taco seasonings, green chills, corn, & garlic. This is a basic recipe that I will continue to play with. Very good =)
Sweet Potato Parmesan Tater Tots - might have to tweak this recipe but I do love me some sweet potato anything ;-)
