Ingredients

  • 6 strips Bacon, thick-cut cooked and crumbled
Produce
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 lbs Gold or red potatoes
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
Condiments
  • 1/8 cup Maple syrup* (i used this), real
  • 1 1/3 tbsp Mustard, good quality
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Black pepper, Cracked
  • 1 Sea salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
Liquids
  • 1/4 cup Water
Other
  • cast-iron skillet (or your favorite type of skillet)
  • large stock pot with a lid or French/Dutch oven
