i think i should collect motivational posters. Helps write those essays

some times it isn't about checking of the to-do list as much as it is about how you lived the day.

DON'T GIVE UP OR STOP- whether it's a dietary set-back, an illness, a lazy day, or everything in between. Keep that ball a-rollin'.

It's a process. slow & steady. make simple, manageable changes & don't worry about a timeline. focus day by day, until it becomes habit. the rest will fall into place.
