Halibut with Coconut Curry Broth FoodNetwork

Thai Style Halibut - This is SO delicious! Alterations - 1 full can coconut milk and only 1/4 cup broth for a thicker sauce, replaced halibut with shrimp, added sauteed mushrooms and a few dashes of fish sauce, served over brown rice and topped with fresh diced tomatoes. Seriously amazing.
