    Phil's Blue Ribbon Cheesecake - from Bon Appetit in the late 70's. It really does cook at that high temp for a short period of time. This is a favorite from my husband's grandmother. This picture looks horrible (I would never serve it this way), but it was the only online version of this recipe that I could find.
