      I made this last weekend and it turned out ok. I had rather large artichokes and cooked for 1:50 but that was too long. Plus I loaded up on garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and olive oil but they didn't have much taste? They were still good but think next time I will try them on the grill

      Roasted Artichokes--- I wonder if this will work on the grill so my house isn't 800 degrees. But I am trying this sometime this week with the big delicious artichokes I got on sale last week! :) Yay!
