    Balsamic Chicken Breasts Ingredients 4 chicken breasts-slice in half if very thick. Marinade: ¼ cup balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp dried fine herbs 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp pepper ½ cup olive oil Directions Place chicken and marinade in to a zip top bag and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Cook on medium grill 8-10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
