With minimal ingredients and hardly any time you can make a super frozen drink that resembles coffee shop shakes. You guys have been asking for some video here on Family Fresh Cooking so here goes:

Iced coffee with vegan sweetened condensed milk: Boil a can of coconut milk with a tablespoon or so of agave nectar. {More if you like it sweet- I don’t.} When the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer or slight rolling boil, and let it cook away. Reduce the coconut milk by about half or two thirds. Remove from heat and chill.

Peaches, ginger & coconut milk! these smoothies are more dessert than healthy meal. Leave out the yogurt and freeze your peaches and would make a great instant ice cream - yum!
