Easy and delicious rice pudding! I used coconut milk, and brown sugar instead of regular and not as much as the recipe suggested. I also added chia seeds and dried cherries, and added diced peach and apricot and pecans after it was cooked and served.
Monkey Bread - 2 cans biscuits, cut into quarters. Shake in a baggie with cinnamon & sugar. Place into bread pan coated with non-stick spray. Melt 1/2 stick butter & 1 cup brown sugar over low heat, stirring so it doesn't burn. Pour over bread & bake for 20-30 minutes. Put half pecan pieces on the bread bites before pouring brown sugar mixture over the top.
