    Sausages and Lentils with Roasted Shallots: Ingredients ― shallots; olive oil; sausages; salt + pepper; white wine; Puy lentils; water; herbes de Provence; parsley. Instructions ― Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat oil; add shallots and sausages; salt + pepper. Transfer to oven; bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; place over high heat. Add wine; bring to a boil. Add lentils, water, and herbes de Provence; season. Simmer for 3 minutes. Garnish and serve with a green salad and bread. #Lentils #Sausage
