Chili Lime Chicken Burgers...Made this tonight for dinner & it was dee-lish! Couple variations....Ground turkey instead of chicken. Omitted the green onion & put 1/3 cup of red peppers instead of 1/4. Didn't have any pepperjack cheese (which would have given it a little more kick.) Made my own guacamole which was the 'best ever'! :)

Had a good conversation with a customer at Kroger, while buying my produce. Think I might try making my own and see how I do.

I have done the challenge and never tire of Green Smothies. My "green" of choice is baby kale as it is the most nutritious and the taste seems to be tamed by almost any fruit. Favorite add ins are pineapple, organic apples, bananas, frozen berries... I also always add 1 tbsp chia seeds.

role of crescent rolls and roll them from the small end to the large, like a spiral. Remove the excess dough at the large end to make room for cocktail wieners. Use small pieces of marshmallows and either mini chocolate chips or pieces of olive for eyes. This is my guess. Time to experiment!
