    I say this a lot to my Fitness group. And it's so true - if it all went on quickly - then we all would have been in the doctor's office before it got out of hand. I mean think about what you'd do if you put on 5-10 pounds in one week.

I guess the point is not to lap others but that I could be the one on the couch. It's so easy to fall into absolutes when trying to lose weight and get fit. In reality every little bit adds up.
