    Ernest Borgnine, winner of the Best Actor Oscar (Marty, 1955). Well-known on television, Borgnine was also nominated five times for an Emmy and Golden Globe Award. He earned an Emmy nomination at age 92 for his work on the series ER. For his role in Marty, Borgnine was nominated for 5 awards, winning all of them, including an Oscar, BAFTA and Golden Globe (all for Best Actor). He received a Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award in 2011, a year before he died.
