Jello cups to celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday! I used strawberry jello. One large box for every two layers. Make the Jello, divide the liquid in half. Mix 1 T. of sour cream with one half. Pour into container, let harden. Pour on second half of box. Let harden. Repeat. Top with Cool Whip tinted blue!
