Chicken Avocado Soup. This recipe is so very yummy. It’s also light, low calorie, and the huge chunks of avocado just melt in your mouth as you eat it.

Clear Onion Soup (like Japanese steakhouse). I used this recipe except it needed something: some beef boullion. I used a 1/2 cube to 1c water. Also I think I will use sauteed mushrooms next time. I did cook them in the broth for a while which made em better, but sauteed will be best. Topped with Frech's fried onions instead. Very good!
