1 T mustard (we like spicy brown) 1 T olive oil 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 4 pork chops shredded mozzarella cheese Mix together mustard, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Coat the pork chops with mixture. Place in a greased 9x13 pan or on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Add shredded cheese to the top of the pork chop and cook an additional 5-15 minutes.
Taste Like Something From A Restaurant !!! Done in less then 30 minutes! *pretty easy to make- needed more lemon in my opinion. I had to keep the heat on at the end for the cream to thicken but not too long. The kids asked for seconds which is always good! A repeat for us.
