Flank Steak on Texas Toast with Chimichurri

Serves 4


1 1 1/2 to 2-pound flank steak


1/2 cup Baby arugula
1 Beefsteak or heirloom tomato
1 cup Flat leaf parsley
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Oregano, dried


2 tbsp Chimichurri to mix with mayonnaise
1/4 cup Mayonnaise

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 Salt and pepper
1 Salt before you sear and pepper after

Oils & Vinegars

5/8 cup Olive oil
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar


1 Butter, Soft


1 Brioche pullman loaf or if you prefer a white pullman loaf
