Greek Marinated Chicken-Yummy! Had it for dinner, then cut it up and put the leftovers on my lunch salad. Just as good cold! I will add a little less lemon next time. This one is definitely going in the rotation!
Mongolian Tofu. This is a super EASY way to make tofu. Of course I leave out the egg white. I have also baked tofu plain since I found this recipe and I love how it comes out. Prepared plain, the baked tofu is great to add to cold pasta/rice/quinoa/leaf salads.
