This is one of my favorite things to make with quinoa. I make "the quick method" and don't actually fry it. I use egg beaters. You can experiment with different sauces and it's so quick and easy for lunch. One trick I do is make the quinoa and then put it in my pyrex bowl. Put the frozen veggies and onion on top and then put the lid on. They cook from the steam.
[each of my cookies came out to be 60 calories] Clean Eating Recipes -- the choco peanut butter ones - DELICIOUS. Make sure you have people around to share. I didn't have husks or chia but used flax seed instead. It was fine :)
