      Diets just don't if we want to be healthy and fit, we should eat healthy every day every meal. Yes: 'bad food' is okay sometimes, but keep it as a treat, and in moderation. The hardest part is starting to eat healthy, once you make it a habit, you just don't want to eat unhealthy because you just don't feel #healthy eating|

      exactly!! I wish everyone would realize that eating healthy is a lifestyle change not a temporary diet that as soon as u stop all the weight will pile right back on.

      Diets dont work. U have to LEARN how to eat healthy. Sure I can lose weight on a diet, but what have I been taught? What do I teach my kids when I don't eat the same foods as they do? Get a book on NUTRITION not a book on a DIET!
