HOMEMADE BISQUICK BAKING MIX 5 cups All Purpose Flour (I used unbleached) 3 Tablespoons Baking Powder 2 Teaspoons Salt 1 Cup Shortening 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. 2. Cut in the shortening. You can use a pastry blender, however, I find it easier to just use my hands to get it mixed in really well. 3. Store in an airtight container. 4. Use the same as you would use Bisquick in a recipe.
