    I hate brussels sprouts and this Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts recipe was amazing! My kids and I couldn’t get enough! Lately, I’ve been replacing some of the butter with olive oil, and it still tastes awesome. If you use frozen brussels, just add a little bit of water to the pan, along with the oil, cover and steam about 10 minutes, then remove the lid to allow the extra water to finish evaporating. Finish sauteing until browned. Yumm!
