To Die For Banana Cake with Vanilla Bean Frosting. Made this for dessert tonight, had a couple ripe bananas and Im sick of banana bread. Excellent cake, super quick and I had all the ingredients in my cupboard. Very moist and yummy, I did have to use a bit more powdered sugar than the frosting recipe calls for but it was really good!
