Jalapeño Popper Chicken Chili. OMG this recipe is probably my favorite thing to make in the crockpot. I used my slow cooker, and added in some Serrano peppers along with the jalapenos. I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese to cut back on some of the calories. DELICIOUS PEOPLE!
1 pound of boneless chicken breast 2 cans of coconut milk 3 Tbsp red curry paste 1 small yellow onion, diced 1/2 medium red bell pepper 1/2 medium green bell pepper 1/4 head of cauliflower 1/4 head of cabbage, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, minced cook on low for 4 hours.
