Cheat recipe: 1 can pumpkin puree, 1 box spice cake mix, 1 c. sour cream. Bake, cool, frost with 1 block cream cheese beaten with 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. marshmallow cream, and 4 c. powdered sugar.
