Weeklong exercise routines that made me work a sweat. I just don't know what a russian twist is.

    A Russian twist, from what I was taught years ago, is where you sit on the floor and raise your knees so your feet are off the floor. You lean slightly back, keeping feet off floor, and twist with your arms from side to side. You can do this with a dumbbell or just hold hands out as if you were holding one. Hope that helps if you didn't already google it :)
