Matcha Shake: 3/4 cup milk or non-dairy sub + 1 cup watermelon cubes, frozen + 1 banana, frozen + 1-2 tsp matcha green tea powder + 1 tsp chia seeds. Blend the matcha, chia, and milk on low. Turn off blender and add the watermelon and banana, blend. Enjoy with a spoon!
