glowing eyes on tree halloween decoration--Either cut out some circles from glow-in-the-dark foam or cut circles from construction paper and color them in with glow-in-the-dark markers. Then, on either one, color in some scary eyes and stick them on the trees all around your house. That’s all it takes to make the kids feel like they’re being watched the entire time they’re at your house.
