Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs 1 stick butter, melted 1 Cup Sour cream Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. 10 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 large onion, diced 16 slices thick cut bacon, uncooked and diced 4 cups shredded taco blend cheese 1 28 oz can cream of chicken soup ~Place half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of crock. ~Top with half of onion, cheese and bacon. ~Repeat layers. ~Top with cream of chicken soup. ~Cook on low of 8 to 10 hours. Easy peezy!!!!
