Chicken Fajita Dip 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken 1 Fajita seasoning 1 (8 oz) pk cream cheese, softened 1 cup mayonaise 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican blend cheese 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers 1 jalapeno pepper, diced Season chicken prior to cooking w/fajita seasoning, cool. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, green chile & jalapeno peppers. Place in oven proof dish, heat @ 350 until until cheese melts through.

Dilly Dip Shooters -- 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayo 1 tbsp Dill - fresh = 2 Tbsp 1/2 tsp garlic powder Salt to taste Lemon pepper to taste Combine all ingredients well, refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight. To serve get shot glasses and fill bottom with a few tbsp of dill dip then layer in your favorite veggies like cherry tomato, carrot sticks, celery sticks, ect.
