White choc brownie 1 stk butter, chopped 8 oz. bag white choc chips 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 1/4 cups plain flour, sifted 2 cups white chips (for top) Melt butter in micro for 30 sec. Stir then repeat until butter is melted. Add chips and heat 30 seconds. Stir until blended/smooth, cool slightly. Add sugar and eggs. Add flour and stir until smooth. Pour into pan. Evenly divide the white chips and press into the top of the batter. Bake in oven at 325F for 22 min.
