I know this sounds a bit dodgy - and defo   not a long term healthy eating plan! but I kind of like the idea of doing this   for a week to re-train my body to listen to its needs etc and then go onto a   more sustainable healthy eating diet!

I need something like this for motivation. I have goals and I keep track of my weight, but its always nice to have something you can touch versus having a chart on my computer. // I'm going to make this but with more pounds between each goal, like three pounds at a time or something
