Crepes. I have made crepes without using sugar as they can be quite good savory too. If making sweet, coat with Nutella and slice a banana on it. If savory, don't add sugar to the recipe and instead of regular water, add seltzer water and make the actual crepe a bit thicker. The seltzer makes a very airy crepe. Serve with Boston Bib salad & white wine vinaigrette. Delicious dinner in the summer.
