Have these, and streamers and balloons hanging straight down from the ceiling for birthday decor.

This is easy enough to figure out. Cut some heavy paper into 6" strips (maybe 1/2 or 3/4 wide). Start sewing with a bright thread (red, orange, green...whatever you like), and start feeding through the paper strips with 1" gaps in between each. So festive. Would look lovely with blues/white for Winter or red/green for Christmas too.

Holiday garland - Cut pieces of ribbon and/or fabric that are approx. 9 inches long by 2 inches wide.  Both ends should be cut on an angle to prevent fraying.  Knot each piece of ribbon & fabric onto a strand of lights.

Valentine Garland ...could easily make with a deck of cards, ribbon and scraps of fabric
