Buttermilk Roasted Chicken...very easy recipe minus the 24 hour soak in the brine...but it really takes minutes to prepare! And the taste...oh the taste is so worth it. It didn't look crazy delicious, but one bite and I was sold!
Bacon Wrapped Chicken with cream cheese filling Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chives, garlic. Divide the mixture into 4 balls. Place 1 cream cheese ball in the center of each butterflied chicken breast half. Fold the chicken, wrap with a slice of bacon, secure w/ toothpick. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour the butter over the chicken. Bake 30 mins.
