Most men chose the girl in the middle (who is a size 12) over the girl on the left who is a size 8. In second place was the girl on the right who is a size fourteen. This was not calling anyone fat, just saying that curvy girls are just as beautiful, if not more beautiful than their petite counterparts.

Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense. I know a lot of people who snack out of boredom, not even aware of how many calories they ingest simply because they haven't assigned a better activity for little pockets of time.

For all the women who have curves... you can diet forever and still be a size 10. It's called bone structure . Try and be healthy and work for fitness. This woman is still beautiful and toned! AMEN! I really need to remember this! She is so gorgeous.

I love reading her blog. It's really inspirational and she has tons of great salad ideas.

I love this!!<< this is TRUE of motherhood, it develops you in a way that is amazing, people can tell you but until you have children yourself, it is just unknown. My children have taught me so much about myself and about life. I am a better person individually because of them!
