greek burgers ~ ground chicken, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp of basil, 1/2 tsp of oregano, 1/4 c feta and salt and pepper to taste. served slider style on mini whole wheat pitas w/ tzatziki sauce.
